Tofu Preparation

Vegetables Preparation

  • Red Cabbage, thinly sliced (for slaw) 100.0 g
  • Green Cabbage, thinly sliced (for slaw) 200.0 g
  • White Onions 50.0 g

Dish Assembly

  • Prepared Fried Tofu
  • Prepared Cabbage Slaw
  • Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing 730ml 150.0 ml
  • Black Sesame Seeds, toasted 10.0 g
  • White Sesame Seeds, toasted 10.0 g
  • Spring Onions, chopped 15.0 g

Preparation

  1. Tofu Preparation

    20 minutes
    1. Fry the tofu cubes until crisp but still soft.
    2. Season with Knorr Aromat and toss in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Vegetables Preparation

    20 minutes
    1. Add everything in a bowl and mix well until well incorporated.
    2. Place inside chiller.
  3. Dish Assembly

    10 minutes
    1. In a shallow bowl, assemble the salad by placing the fried tofu as base.
    2. Drizzle with a bit of Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing.
    3. Add the red and green cabbage slaw on top.
    4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and some chopped spring onions.
